7 and a half months post op, down 114 pounds

I am 7 and a half months post op from RNY done on 1-10-11. From my highest weight of 341, I am down to 227, 114 pounds down! 20 pounds of that was lost before surgery. My weight loss is slowing down to 6 pounds this month, which is a bit frustrating but i also know that I could be excercising more. I am being active, but not as active as I want with it being so hot out. I rescued and adopted a Shar Pei dog, so he is my walking buddy and personal trainer. Who knew that 7 months, life could change so drastically. I am more confident, self esteem is slowly improving, back and knees hurt less, off blood pressure meds, more energetic, and just in generally happier:)Surgeon's goal is 190 for me, my goal is probably lower. How exciting though that I am only 37 pounds away from surgeon's goal already:)
