I did it, I went out and got a membership at the Y, now I go in and walk a mile a day for a week then added .5 mile on day 5 so I'm up to mile and a half ... filling better but sore, but loving it witch is surprising. I have always thought about doing this but just thought it would be a wast of time, but really i have enjoyed it and and in two weeks I already see the benefits from it ☺
new to OH and just want to tell a little about myself

well i have been over eating for most of my life and reach 478 lb. and decided it was time to get healthy. working with a crew of 4 i have lost weight , down to 410 lb. Doctor says i need to be down below 400 and pass psy test to be ready for BS, so i am getting close. Vertical sleeve is the surgery i want, I am insulin dependent and with the weight loss so far i use 1/4 of the amount from when i started my diet ... i also have C.O.P.D., asthma and a congestive heart, high blood presser.
