Well i have made my decision about getting the gastric bypass doing ,i go to seee my doctor on the November the 20. I had did a long reseach on everything.I have read many people profile on their surgery,i have 7 children all grown  but they don't want me to have it done,but this is my decision to make and i have made my mind up.I have taken diet pills and joined gym i end up losen but always gain double the weight back.I have had my own personal trainer,it work for a while but i work at night and getting off from work going to the gym every morning was just tiring me out so i stop that.I have done everything to lose this weight,and i want to be able to do things with my grandkids without getting tiring out.I have asthma,i'm borderline for diabectic and ,my blood pressure is high sometime,but i want to get to live a healthy life i want to be able to travel more .I want to be able to walk long walks and excercise more and eat healthy.
