I'm wondering if motivation wains just before the 6 month post op mark. I have only lost 54 pounds although my surgeon is good with that since I "only" needed to lose a little over 100 pounds. I find myself making excuses for not working out and "cheat

My surgery was Nov. 18 and I have lost 53.4 pounds since starting my pre-op diet. I am not a poster child for success...yet. My reality is that I feel amazing physically but mentally I am struggling. I have not been good about journaling and tracking.

it has been a roller coaster ride in my four months post op!!! The good is I just now hit the 50 pound mark which coincided with breaking into onederland. Big milestones for sure! The bad news it's only 50 pounds. So many people are losing weight muc
