Dealing with second thoughts...

I am having some second thoughts, and it is not because of the surgery, but because I have anxiety. Has anyone with serious anxiety issues ever gone through with the surgery? If so, was the effect on you? What was your anxiety like both pre-op and post-op? 

I am also having some SERIOUS difficulties with the coordinator for the office I am going through, which is only making all of this anxiety worse...
