4 months post op-Down 92 pounds

Well i guess i should be blogging and keeping track. Just one more thing to do. But i actually should keep track to look back at this wonderful journey.
I am now 4 months post op- and down 92 lbs. 62 lbs of it is from March 16 to now. YAhhh me.
I have been doing good with my meals.
Usual day is
B-yogurt, berries, granola
Sn-fruit or cheese and crackers
L-cheese and crackers or cottage cheese and pinaplle or tuna and crackers
S-fish or chicken with carb of pototoe or rice and 2 vegs, grilled or steamed.
Sn-yogurt berries, or ff fudgcycle.
Vitamin Prenatal daily.
Must take calcium and vit d. always forget.
Still struggle with wild crawings and mood swings that make me want to eat eat eat. Have to redirect myself and get it out of my head. This sometimes comes with bouts of wanting to cry as i am stuggling with cravings and emotions. Redirct. redirect.
Otherwise, feeling good, in a size 2x now. Almost can fit into a pair of jeans size 20. WOW, cant believe that. Its been 20 years since i have been this size. I have gone thru my close now twice. Got rid of 30, 28, 26, 24. I still have some of 24/26 and now when i wear them i am feeling so discouraged because they are loose and feel frumpy on me. Hell, i want to look good and the 22 fit me better. So just get rid of the damn clothes. (it is a hard thing to do) I am going shopping again this weekend and well, should buy a few more and just get rid of the bigger clothes. I will do that this weekend.
I am a bit discouraged because i want to work out at the gym, i joined and ws going to do treadmill, bike and upper arm excersise, but i cant until September when doc give ok that i can go back. GRRR.
Its hard for me to get up and go for a walk. I should do that thou. I need excersise.
