it has been a min since i posted. All is good. I am 118lbs down and feeling great. I started working out again and my strength  and everything is back. I am truly thankful for my new start on life. I have truly welcomed my lifestyle change. I hope all is well. I have posted new pics

It will be 6 month real soon since i had my surgery. I am feeling great and all is good. Coaching/chasing those kids around is helping the wieght fall off. I cant wait to get into the gym now. I have post updated pics. I hope everyone is doing well. All thanks to GOD. 

I know it has been a while since i posted. All is good and the scale is still moving down, just a little slower. As of today i have lost 86lbs. I have another 60 or so lbs to go. The other day i actually played basketball for the first time in years. I ran for straight games and was not that tired...lol It felt good to run with the boys againg without feeling like i was having a heart attack....It feels good when people notice the weight loss and give you encouraging words to keep going.

Well me and my daughter went to Burlington Coat Factory so i could get something to wear to church since everyone keeps telling me that my clothes are to big. I walk all the way to the back to the Big & Tall section to start looking. i found what i wanted so i grabbed it and went to the dressing room. Now i used to wear a size 54 waist and a 7X shirt (i like my shirts baggy...lol) so knowing that i have lost weight i grabbed a size 50 & 52 pants and a 6X shirt. % minutes later i was yelling to my daughter to bring me different sizes and we finally ended up with my size for now (46 waist & 4X shirt). I had to sit in the dressing room for a minute just to gather myself. My daughter was worried that something was wrong but i told her i was alright i just needed a minute. It is amazing how you are so accustomed to wearing the large clothes you cant picture yourself wearing the smaller stuff. I would have never thought to pick up a size 46 pants and i am sure i can wear a 3x shirt because i was told that it was to big but i like my shirts baggy Today being Monday i weighed myself and before surgery i was 410lbs today i am 355lbs . 

WEll today is the 20th so it officially 1 month since i had my surgery. I feel great and all is well. I have only had 1 minor problem so far. i weigh my self once a week on mondays. As of monday last week i was down a total of 37lbs from 411 to 374. i am getting more energy ever day and my clothes are starting to get baggy. my family is already telling me i need to buy more clothes but i am not going to waste the money right now , i will just keep burning holes in this belt for now. thanks to everyone who has sent me emails and responded to my questions. you have been a big help. i will post pics up very soon. i said i would not take a pic until my 1 month mark so i will take some today.

Well last week i got home and checked my messages to hear thais message from my doctor. "you surgery date has been changed, please be at the hospital at 6:30 am tomorrow...I was like deezaam. So i got to the hospital and all went well. After the surgery is when the madness started. I was in ICU from Monday thru Wensday. I was bleeding from my staples and they could not get my heart rate stable. They had to give me 2 liters of blood to get me back on track. I came home today and all is well. I had my first meal today "cream of chicken soup" boy it taste like some steak or something...lol I will post picks soon. 411 lbs 1 week before sugery 395 lbs today. i am on my way   

man how time flies...I am on the countdown. My surgery date is the 23rd and it is coming up fast. I am actually becoming more comfortable and in no way vervous. Everyone is asking me "are you nervous" and i always answer nawl i wish they would push me foward. I am so ready for this new beginning. My is just starting football and he said "dad soon you will be able to run with me"..al i could do is smile and say yep you are right.

I just want to thank everyone for all of the kind words and encouragement through this process. I will try to keep my page updated as much as possible. 

They changed my date to July 23rd but im still happy
