sweets weekend

i spent the entire weekend baking with the wife and passed the ultimate temptation test, i didnt pig out on her cookies or her other goodies, i realized that i have regained my self control in regards to food. i can have a small piece and just to satisfy the craving and keep it moving.its funny how its just a matter of will power and determination. well i got my 9 month check up tmrrw, and now i dont mind goin to the doc. only bad part is that his scale is off because of my clothes,i told his nurse that i was gona strip down to my boxers and she just laughed.and said i was crazy.
