It has been 4 month's since I had VSG surgery! It's hard to believe how far I have come since then. I am down 70 pounds as of today and I feel great!  Hopefully the next 4 month's will be as productive as the last!

I had my surgery on April 18th so I am one week ad 2 days out.  I am 27 pounds down in the past 2 weeks! Not bad if I do say so myself.

Well it has happened again! My surgery has been rescheduled for April 18. I am getting so tired of the delays, but not much I can do about it. Oh Well!

A lot has happened since my last post! My surgery was cancelled for jan 31 due to the surgeon's schedule, it has taken me until now to get a new date set.  Surgery is now set for April 4th! It has been a long hard battle just to get a surgery date. I don't understand why the process has to be like this. The problem hasn't been with the insurance company but with the bariatric center itself. I would have switched places a long time ago, but I am locked into this particular group by my insurance company. I got everything in and had insurance approval in mid October. Oh well that is all in the past, hopefully on April 4th I will start my journey to leaner, healthier life style. Wish me luck!  Betty

Just found out yesterday that my surgery is set for Jan 31st. It has been a long time coming. Even though I got insurance approval months ago, it has been one thing right after another. I was just about to give up! Hopefully I will soon be on the loosing side of the game.
