Post Op Day 5

What a day. I was in pretty bad pain all day. Some of it was the Left shoulder pain I had in the hospital from the C02. The other pain was under my left ribcage. Being as the port is on the right, i ruled that out as a cause. I was so miserable I was yelling at the kids all day. I tried the heatin pad, the pain meds, walking around, even Gas X. Now I know that Gas X is for intestinal tract gas, and not C02gas, but hey, it was worth a shot. Nothing has been helping. I am starting to think I may have pulled a muscle lifting the baby. But what am I to do? I still have to take care of him.
I know I am dehydrated, I will work on the AGAIN tomorrow. As for now... I am off to bed. Here is hoping tomorrow is a better day!
