New goals to get back on track

I'll be 1 year post-op in 5 weeks so I decided a needed to make a list of what I've been doing wrong lately. I think identifying these will help me get back on track. I already feel better just writing them down...it's like I've been in denial (scale certainly doesn't lie though!).
So far I've come up with:
1. Drinking too many calories
2. Grazing too much in the afternoon
3. Not planning meals
4. Not exercising enough
5. Not journaling my food on fitday

My plan for each is:
1. Drink water only (with Propel) and up to 1 diet pop per day
2. STOP GRAZING...I need to keep myself busy when I get home from work
3. Start planning meals the day ahead
4. Start walking 30 min at work and 30 min at home (this will help with #2)(goal = 12,000 steps per day)
5. Journal each day and the next day on fitday
