Coming up on my 1 year anniversary with the band!

I am almost at one year since I made the life changing decision to get the Lap Band.  I am so thankful that I made the decision to have the surgery!  I have lost 62 pounds and am very proud of myself for that.  I get in to the really bad habit sometimes of looking at how much I still have to lose and it takes me looking at old pictures to truely see how far I have come.  The band has not been easy all year but it is a tool that is helping me to reach new goals.  I had to be deflated some in November and have not had a fill since.  I am getting frustrated some because I am starting to see the scale creep back up.  I get a fill this week and I CANNOT wait!!!  I am ready to feel like I have some control again and start seeing successes.  I have started working out also so I am hopeful that will help a lot!
