"David Lauter is the best. He is very reassuring, calm, relaxed and cute which is a bonus. My first impression was very professional. I was the only person to show up for a seminar but he did it anyway.
His staff are fine. I did not feel any undue emphasis on aftercare he went over his program a few times and the resources available to me such as the support group.

He made sure I was aware I could call him anytime if I needed to talk.
