"I had a very positive experience here. Everyone was pleasant and competant. The only complaint I have is that they have discontinued their free post-op support group and have instituted an 8 week post-op program that patients have to pay for. I think that this is WRONG. I believe it is the responsibility of the hospital to offer the free support that was touted when I went to the pre-op seminars."
