"My surgeon is Dr. David Lautz of Brigham and Women's hospital in Boston, MA. The office staff is EXCEPTIONAL (especially Amy) and very helpful, and personable.
Dates for consults, and surgery, are very prompt, and there are about a half dozen appointments that need to be done from the date of the consult to the surgery date. I would definately recommend looking around at the different options of surgeons and types of programs that you have to go through in the interum. Some offices/programs make you go through a 6 month evaluation, some 10 months, etc... Dr. Lautz's office informed me that from the 1st consult, I will have the surgury done in Nov (update... Nov 14th!!). So, I'm very excited.
