Just wanted to thank you all for the overwhelming amount of support. Thanks for answering the stupid questions, and thanks most of all for the prayers. It's been a most interesting journey. Between the surprise of being LAP and also opened then reopened due to the infections, yes, 2 of them, and waiting for the closure of the wound, it's been a long, long road. They say I only have about 2 more weeks to go. I'm prayin' to the lord they're right. I'm ready to move on. But you are all wonderful, thanks for guiding my way to the loosing side.......

The "weight" is nearly over - Woooo Hooooo!! Only a few more days until you leave us pre-ops and go to the other side. May God bless you and grant wisdom to your surgical team. Save me a place on the "losing" side LOL

So close to a new you and so many emotions! I haven't had mine yet but am hoping for this summer. My thoughts are with you before,during, and after. Keep up with the posts. They do help. With each reply you get there are 10 others you have helped or touched in some form or way. Listen to your peers and mostly your Dr. and support group. they know what you need. I'll be watching for those updated posts!
