Every day I am trying my best to eat right/healthy. It's very hard but I want a new life and a new mind set. I will just keep trying. My WT today is now 300. I am hundred lbs lighter. I am just holding on and trying to fight. Everyone have a wonderful evening.

My weight is now 302. I am very proud of my self. I am glad my mind is still set. And I hope it continues to stay that way. New life, new look, better health choices.

Just Happy I am loving my self again. Thank you GOD Almighty. For giving me strength in Jesus name.

Good morning today I check my weight and I was amazed at the progress. Starting this journey was in January 2016 I was weighing in at 400 pounds. And before my surgery July 7th 2016 I was weighing 354 pounds. And now today September 10 2016 I am weighing 313 pounds. Thank you Almighty GOD. For giving me strength to love and care for myself again.

Just about every day I walk in the park. It feels so good to relax. And when I walk and don't have to stop to catch my breath. Life has really change for me.
