Constant nausea. I have seen gastric doctor, ENT next step is neurologist. Everyone is puzzled. I also have excess saliva. Could this be caused by my bariatric surgery

Have constant nausea. I have excess saliva. Could any of this be caused by my bariatric surgery years ago. I have been checked by a gastric doctor, ENT and everyone is puzzled, next will be a neurologist. Don't know what else to do
