Well what a rollarcoaster this has been, I am 7 months out from surgery. Going from 415lbs to 289lbs currently is crazy. I still have 89lbs more to go ,but wow I haven't been in the 200s since 2009.

So I just saw the dietician for the last time, my next step is the pre surgery education class. Not sure if that will be in Windsor or will it be at the hospital where my surgery will be?
