So here I sit 14 wks post op. I can't believe the changes. I saw Laura 2 wks ago and was down 64lbs, average rate of 2.2 lb per week. I feel really, really healthy. I am doing Zumba class twice a week. I am also biking, walking and Zumba Xbox in between. For the first time in my life I actually like to exercise. The end product is amazing. I am out of Plus size clothes forever! I am really enjoying my active, healthy new life. My uniforms are literally falling off me, but I am not buying new ones yet!!!! We are going to Albertville for a week in July and can't wait to see what deals I get! This is all so exciting. I am lovin my sleeve!!!
