This Weekend..

So, this weekend was an EPIC fail for me.. I feel soooo guilty and angry with myself... A few of my friends came over for the weekend, and we went out Saturday Night. I feel like I totally FAILED my diet! I mean, I did not pig out, but what I ate was a BIG no-no! I am ravished with angst as I am hoping I did not gain anything.. All I can do is pick myself up and remind myself that tommorow starts a new day and I WILL be starting out on the right foot! I guess my true test will be when friends come over, or we go out I will need to have the upmost power to be able to say no and stick to what I need to!! I WILL get through this....
