4 more weeks
Jun 30, 2011
The time is moving quickly! I am trying to use the time constructively by preparing things I will need at home as well at work while I am away. I am lucky as I am able to be away from work for 5 weeks. 3 weeks as sick time and 2 weeks as holiday time.In the next couple of weeks I am going to start ordering things such as liquid protein to help those first two weeks of liquids. I need to find a good sub-lingual Vitamin B pill. Eventually I will be ordering other things for when I am on regular foods, which I think start around 4 to 5 weeks out. But I have time for that.
As the time draws closer, I am getting more excited. I am not nervous at all regarding the surgery or the healing process. I have gone through surgery before and I know what to expect from that. What I am more curious about is the living with Ms.Sleevie afterwards. How difficult is it to adapt to the new way of living?!?! I know I am doing the right thing, as I have been planning this for a while now. Just questions regarding post surgery.
Just 4 small little weeks and I will be on the losers bench.
