Finally a Breakthrough!

After a 9 week stall, I woke up this week to a 4 lb loss.....AMAZING!!! I really thought I was done.....I've lost 4 lbs this week.

Congrats. It can be so frustrating. I'm sure you were losing inches during your stall, but I also am a scale person.

Congratulations!! I hope you took your measurements because I bet you were losing inches instead of pounds during your stall.
