As of Dec. 1, I was One Month Post-Op...yay! :) I am down 27 pounds in the first month. Just shy of my 30 pound goal but I just ended "lady time" and dropped another 4 or 5 pounds so that could be why I didn't reach 30. Oh well, either way I am extremely happy going the slow and steady route anyway :) Any weight loss to me is a time to rejoice that I was given this wonderful tool to make me better and healthier. Happy December everyone! :)
