It's probably a small fear that you have in your subconscious coming through in your dreams. I wouldn't worry about it at all - you've got this!

I used to dream that I forgot I had surgery and ate solids when I was supposed to be on liquids and I would panic wondering if I should throw it up. I also had dreams about being skinny.

Once, early on, I dreamed that I ate a whole box of cookies and went I work up it took me a few minutes to realize that I'd dreamed it.

I have a reoccurring dream that I go in for a weight check and weight the same as I did on my surgery day.

When I was on the liquid diet I constantly would dream that I binged on some junk food and I'd feel so guilty for ruining everything. When I'd wake up I'd have a hard time believing that I didn't do that.

Also remember another factor in dreams... What your body is doing in the sleep cycle. Climbing stairs, taking elevators, walking up hills in dreams... Are usually in the cycle of rising from a deep sleep to a lighter sleep level. Falling, sinking, walking down stairs, etc... are as your body is trying to get into the deep sleep.

So the sinking + storing anxiety = chair breaking!

Now that you are awake you can remember that your chances of chair breaking is going down every day you work the program!

Good luck

It is better to travel and get lost...

Than never to travel at all.
