Well, I think I've finally stalled. I had the infamous 3 week stall but since then I've been losing consistently for the past 7 months but now I've been the same weight for the past 2 weeks. I'm going to try to intensify my workouts and drink more water(Im really bad about that) and lower my carbs, hopefully this will help. I just have 7 more pounds to goal weight.

I'm stalling also. I weight the same today as I weighed on Monday (the two week mark). I'm guessing my three week stall came early.

Sounds like you've been doing amazing, though! Happy for you!

You started as a lightweight.  My first real stall was around month 9, per my stats below, I only lost 3 that month.  One thing to remember is that the lower you weigh, the lower amount of calories your body needs.  It's cruel.

Make sure you're tracking everything and if it continues to stall, try lowering your calories.  Drink tons too.  I drink over a gallon of water per day.

One of these days you will step on scale and boom five pounds will be gone. Nothing you do will break the stall until the body is ready.

Like you I would  work out more, more water, more protein, more everything or less everything, however the scale would only move when the body is ready. Don't step foot on the scale for two weeks it will be less frustrating.

Good luck!!!

I had a bummer of a stall at about 2 months, maybe 1.5? It was for just over 3 weeks. I did a day of fasting. I had my liquids (vitamin water zero, etc) and maybe two protein shakes and that was it. Helped me to get back moving

Awesome that youre so close to goal!
