Hey guys!

Happy Sunday. ?

Today I decided to put on shorts for some odd reason and not my usual gym shorts that are too big for me anyways but these are just dockers cargo shorts and they are hilariously way too big. Like 4 inches too big... Here is a picture of what I'm talking about...

I am down 155 pounds in nine months 18 days that is 17.23 pounds a month on average.

I've kept a pair of my size 44 jeans for this purpose, they were my personal largest pair and the pair I wore when I went in for my first doc appointment in January this year. Today I have on a pair of 40s which are a tad tight but should fit nice by next week. Keep those shorts and laugh, smile, and sigh a huge sigh of relief each time you put them on.
