NSV

I recently noticed that I am crossing my legs!  Like, mindlessly crossing them while sitting.  Now, those of you that have seen my photos know I started with smaller legs and noticeable weight loss has occurred in my legs (although I would have opted for other places first!). Even with the smaller legs, it was never comfortable or easy to cross them.

The reason I noticed the NSV is yesterday my calf behind/beside my knee hurt.  I noticed my legs had been crossed and my boney knee was pressing into the flesh there causing a little pain.  I'll take it!!

I HAVE DREAMS ALL THE TIME ABOUT CROSSING MY LEGS. WAKE UP NOT BEING ABLE TO AND I GET VERY DISAPPOINTED. I TRY EVERY DAY AND IT JUST DOESNT WORK. BUT IM 67.5 POUNDS DOWN AND HOPING IT WILL HAPPEN AT ANYTIME.

AND BONEY KNEES. I NOTICE THOSE WHEN I TRY TO SLEEP. GOTTA SLEEP WITH A PILLOW BETWEEN MY KNEES TO BE COMFOTRABLE

Oh good reminder about the pillow!  I'm going to have to start doing that.

Good job on the 67.5 lbs!!  I would have kept the weight in my legs if it meant losing more in my stomach but it goes from where it wants to I guess.

Congratulations!  Stuff like that is a very big deal.  And you know, I hadn't tried it yet myself, and after reading your post I just tried it.  Guess what?  I can cross my legs too!  Duh on me for not trying until now. Thanks!

Isn't that a great feeling? I managed to cross mine the other day. It's still not exactly comfortable, but I can do it!

Great news!  I like sitting talking to people with my legs crossed....I feel so compact!  But, I am opposite of you, my lower half has always been the primary fat storage area and it has only been recently that my knee knobs finally showed themselves.  I don't think I have EVER had knobby knees!
