Hi,

I looked on MFP and searched here but can't seem to locate the nutrition facts for Shelly's Black Bean Burrito Bake (Tortilla-less) from Eggface. Do you know where I can find them or what to enter for a search in MFP. I can't believe it wouldn't already be in there.

Thanks in advance!!

You won't find them on Shelly's site, she doesn't list the nutrition facts and I've only had luck finding the ricotta bake on MFP. Just go into MFP and enter the recipe and it will calculate it out for you. Kind of a pain but then you'll have it forever.

This is exactly what I do with every recipe I make. I can also adjust serving sizes to meet sleeve-friendly portions (that I weigh out), and have the food to always refer back to. It can be a pain but I've gotten into the habit of doing it as I'm in between prep or waiting for the food to bake, etc.

Once you get the hang of adding a recipe on myfitnesspal you will probably be more inclined to calculate nutrition facts on things you make with your own ingredients. The only hard part (for me) is judging how many servings a recipe makes if it doesn't specifically say so.

You can have MFP match ingredients from any website to calculate nutrition.
