Pain in One Incision, So Much Worse than the Rest

I had a VSG on Tuesday. August 4th, and am mostly feeling really good.  My one issue is that one of my incisions is extremely painful.  It's the incision used to pull my stomach out, and the only way I can walk is to puts lots of pressure on that area.  I am not a wuss when it comes to pain, but this one makes me cry out, and just plain cry when I move around.  If this didn't hurt so much I would be running down the street, happy that I had it done.

I am wearing a binder that helps somewhat, but I still have to use my fist to add additional pressure.  Any suggestions on what I can do?

I'm taking my pain mess religiously, so they just may not be strong enough.

Calling your surgeon and askin for something different/stronger would be wise

I have a normal temp.  It hasn't gotten any worse since I was in the hospital, but isn't any better either.  He didn't seem concerned, so I guess I shouldn't be either.

I have the same thing.  My surgery was 7/30 and until I got my staples out, I had a hard time walking/standing straight.  Today is the first time I've put jeans on and that one incision KILLS.

I don't have staples, but I'm sure it will go away soon.

Try an ice pack I put Rice in a sock and put it in the freezer and it will work for and ice pack. You probably have swelling there and cold might help to reduce swelling

I've been using ice for a couple of days.  I'm now wondering if a heating pad may help.

I think ink that he ripped me a little pulling the stomach through that hole, so it is larger and more swollen than the rest of me.
