NSVs just as important as the scale victories!

I've been having several Nsvs lately I thought I'd share!  Belt is now down 4 notches, when I walk my thighs don't rub...I no longer have to wear PLUS sizes...my friend's steep driveway would leave me gasping for air to walk up..practically can run up it now! When I look down I see feet and not belly...men are noticing me again lol...I walk taller...I can bend over without having a tummy in the way...Last week a woman I don't know well.. came running up to me gushing all over about how FABULOUS I look..same day the receptionist at my gym said how impressed she was that I came in everyday! I posted a new photo on my Facebook page and all my friends and family had nothing but praise..my one son said "Holy Crap, Mom" lol

We need to celebrate these moments and really "feel" these small victories along the way....

Those are some fantastic NSVs. I am so glad that you are celebrating those because you are right, it IS important for us to "feel" these victories too.
