I'm almost there! My surgery is set for June finally. I will be getting sleeved. I would gladly appreciate any tips or suggestions.

Thanks

try to  go to support group meets pre op , and try to lose as much weight pre op as possible it makes the surgery safer and easier

quit smoking and drinking now you don't want to go thru withdrawals  while on the liquid pre op diet

make shore you have at least 2 weeks off from work and there will be no lifting of more than 10 lb  for 6 weeks so plan on it for work or care of small kids

That's good not a smoker or a drinker. Will work on a diet to loose some weight. Thanks MickeyMantle

Start stocking up on single servings of different flavors and brands of protein powders.  Don't try anything until you're post op (taste buds go haywire).  Only then will you decide what's worth buying a big package of.
