Hi everyone!

I start soft foods on Thursday! I was just wondering what foods you guys ate during the soft food phase? I need some high protein foods.

Thanks in advance :)

We were both sleeved on the same date.

It all still seems so confusing. I too have had a 5 day stall I'm so aggravated.

if you'd like maybe we can be email buddies?

Eggs can be hard for some people - my NUT says this is because a lot of people scramble them too hard (so they're too dry) which makes them challenging to eat.  It's better if you leave them a little wet, or add something like a laughing cow cheese wedge for moisture.

Congrats! I loved refried beans with a dab of red sauce and sour cream!
