Congratulations Josh!!!! You have done great!!! I can't agree more about the catching yourself smiling !!! It's Weird how the inside as well as the out side has changed!!! And just how happy we have become!!! I to have lost 94 lbs!!!! In 5 and 1/2 months and this has been on hell of a fantastic journey!!! Congratulations again!!! :-)
