I could never imagine myself being this cold. I was the one who always wore shorts all winter long even in 4 degree weather. Went to my sons football game last night and I thought I would shiver myself to death. I have lost a total of 120 lbs. so far since Feb. and am NOT looking forward to this winter in the great northeast. Papa's going shopping for some new winter garb!

I kept hearing people talk about this but I have been the opposite!  If I even just change the sheets on the bed I am dripping sweat!!  Crazy changes our bodies are dealing with, huh?

It's gotta be the metabolism. Most evenings between dinner and bed I am simply frozen, as in "must take a shower to warm up" frozen.

I Totaly agree I was the one at work and home who cranked the ac yet still I was sweating .... now I'm always cold... my hubby laughs at me cause it's 80 degrees outside and I'm sleeping with 4 blankets and no ac ... last year the ac was on 61 degrees my hubby would freeze  and say it wasn't fair cause he needed to keep a shovel next to the bed just so he could get out of bed in the am cause I'd freeze him out.... boy how things have changed !!!  Lol !!! :-)

My ability to regulate temperature is HORRIBLE since my surgery.  I'm super hot, or super cold.  One of the things I've learned is that this can be a sign of dehydration, so really make sure you're getting all of your liquids in.
