p.s. got some new pics in my profile 282 pounds to 201 going to do another post with pics in the post when I hit 199.  I'm not posting to look at my pics for recognition or praise just that I'm a work in progress and am thankful for my loss so far..for any newbies or folks that haven't had surgery yet the sleeve really works if you follow your Docs eating and exercise plan.

You look beautiful!  There is nothing wrong with getting recognition and praise for you hard work.  Way to go!  Yes the sleeve works!  I hit my goal after 9 months and have been in maintenance since July 13.  Woohoo!

Pics motivate the newbies. Before my surgery I would come to the site and only search for the posts with pics. Continue to post them for whatever the reason. Also there is nothing wrong with a little recognition or praise, you've worked hard and that's what this support system site is all about.
