Love my sleeve

I am down 40 lbs officially since my pre op diet.  I can't even explain how happy I am.  I am not near my goal, but I feel amazing!  I feel healthy and confindent again.  I love that food does not control me anymore and I have to plan my meals to get food in and especially my protein in.  I do miss the way food made me feel, but I am glad it doesn't have that hold on me anymore.  This has been a mentally exhausting journey and I am so happy I did it!  My first goal was to be under 250 and for weird reasons......I have never zip lined because the weight limit is under 250lbs and now that I can I am too scared :)

Good for you!!!!  As you know we were sleeved the same day, and I'm down about the same amount as you and experiencing the same things. I feel healthier and more mobile, but food is still a challenge. I'll celebrate with my feet on the ground though since I'm terrified of heights! Get on that zip line! You'll be glad you did. :)
