Anyone use wraps? Do they really work?

I want the low down on these puppies and not from someone trying to sell me their product and tell me how wonderful it is. I see the pictures of people after 1 wrap, 2 wraps and so on. And yes, I see the change. But that change is right after you take it off. Does it still look like that a month later?? Is it worth the price for the LONG LASTING result or is there other ways to reduce the skin situation. I know I'm shortly out (happy one month surgiversary to me!), but I'm starting to see sagging... What worked best for you to tighten up the skin weather it was the infamous wraps or an exercise routine or am I thinking about this all wrong?

I have a good friend that sells these. Bless her heart, she works it HARD.

I am skeptical as well and asked a similar question here not long ago. The answer summary: they do work but only temporarily. If you have a fancy evening coming up, it may be worth it, but the jiggles will come back. My friend insists up down and sideways that it's longer lasting, but when you get down to it, she's wrapping every three days.

loose skin is part of the deal. My upper arm skin looks wrinkly, and my regular gym workouts were helping fill them out. Other areas, like my belly and upper thighs, have not been impacted by workouts and are flabby!

here is an upper arm photo:

Seems like a gimmick.  I'd save my money for plastic surgery if the droopy skin bothered me.

So far, at 92 pounds down, it hasn't bothered me, even though I'm certainly aware of it.  Your skin will tighten as time goes on, so I, personally, wouldn't rush into plastics until I had maintained my weight loss for at least a year, but plastic surgery is really the only way to solve the issue.

Don't be sold on snake oil.  Our skin is permanently (that means forever) damaged and stretched.  There are a precious few who either by genetics, youth, luck, or short time being MO, may have their skin bounce back to the firmness we all dream about.  For the rest of us, the only tried and true answer is plastics.  Don't waste your money.  These wraps give temporary results, and more towards reducing dimpling, only to come back in a day or two. I've seen no positive results, even temporary, on our loose skin.

There are also no magical creams, potions or exercises to fix permanently damaged skin.

Got it! What's the saying about if it's too good to be true, it probably is. I figured it was one of those "look at me  right now" things and not a "look what it did for me over a year ago". So I guess it really doesn't matter how much I exercise (not that I'm going to stop!!) it's not going to help my skin either??
