Good morning all,

Today I am feeling quite wonderful. I am 6 months post today and down 52 lbs. I haven't checked my inches yet, but I will later this afternoon. I cannot begin to explain how this tool has helped me. I am feeling more confident that I will be where I want to be. Although everyday isn't perfect, and I am still having the food mind games, I have faith that things will work out perfectly. Happy Monday.

Congratulations!  I am having VSG one week from today (8/25).  Your post gives me hope and courage.  Today is day 1 of liquid diet.  I WILL DO THIS . . . I keep telling myself this over and over.  With God's help I can succeed.

Thanks Pamela and congrats to you on you decision to better your life. It only takes one day at a time. The world wasn't created in one day so we cant change ourselves in one day.
