Looking for ideas to mix my unflavored protein in.  I'm still liquid diet but that scoop is HUGE!  Anyone ever made it into jello?

I did! It tasted just like jello. I've been eating it for a few days now and it is wonderful.  It just made the jello a little cloudy. I also mixed it in with some broth. I couldn't taste it at all.

Ok I've tried a million things but my fridge is full of pre-made jello, I see it works in that, well now I know!!!!  I've mixed it in my homemade vegetable puree soup, and that's THE winner so far.  I've had it with crystal light tea, tolerable, going to try in homemade tea next!  I need options for carrying to the fair and picnics coming up! I've mixed with pureed cauliflower, not bad.  I do half a scoop for half a cup of food, if that helps.  I also mixed with a yummy tomato soup.  I'm the soup girl for this month!  I can't do sweet protein but once a day, max!

I mixed it in powerade zero but only about half a scoop to 8 oz.  changes the color but not to bad for taste.   I start clear liquids tomorrow  surgery Monday than 2 weeks clear. I bought some synrhrax nectar packets today and some protein o2 (flavored water).  I have unjury unflsvored and can do it in jello and pudding too. Haven't tried in broth yet but I hear to keep temperature under 130 degrees. Good luck to you

Someone here once said that she'd put a scoop in a little dish in the morning and then add it to everything throughout the day.  So that way she never had to put an entire scoop in to any one thing, but knew she got the 30 grams of protein in throughout the day.  I didn't use unflavored powder, since I was happy to drink shakes, but that seemed like a really great idea.

Great idea. I couldn't imagine using the whole scoop at once

It makes 16oz really cloudy for a whole scoop but not for a half.  I'm still experimenting also, but I definitely mix it, then I temper it with whatever I'm adding it to, then put it all in there.  No lumps in my hot food, so that's been awesome.  I never heat the protein except by tempering it with part of the warm substance.  It works same with warm and cold for me, the Isopure anyway, but I definitely don't add it to hot in powder form, not even 130.
