I did a one hour Orange Theory Workout today. I am traveling for business tonight so that will be it for the day, but it was a really good workout.

My boss was sweet and gave me a two hour lunch break, so I decided to use it wisely by knocking out my workout; weight training, cardio, and sauna all done. Yes!

Biked into work today. 12 miles in with about a 900 foot net elevation gain. 17.5 mile an hour average and in to work after 41 minutes in the saddle.

Yes! Did a 40 minute walk on the treadmill (just over a mile.... I am still slow). Followed by 60 minutes of weight training.

I snuck in a 60 minute vinyassa podcast during naptime.  

 

I'm looking forward to getting my sweat on tomorrow, but enjoying the time I have with my sister and phoebe today ;)
