Summer 2013 Sleevers
Just wanted to say how awesome it is to see all of my fellow 'Summer of 2013 Sleevers' check in for their 1 year surgiversaries. The board feels like Graduation Day today :)
I'll be posting my own 1 year post in about 2 weeks! Hopefully the title will say "GOOOOAAAAAALLLL!"

Yes, it is like Graduation Day!!!
You're so close to goal! Congratulations! I'm close to my anniversary too...I'm kicking it into high gear but I don't think I'll make goal by then. That's fine with me though! It's an adjusted goal - I started with an "under 200" goal, then went to 180, then 165. Once I saw I was progressing well I decided to go for a "normal" BMI at 150. I know I'll get there, it will just take a little longer
When I had surgery, I really didn't think it would work yet it has!
I am still following my plan -- hoping to loss these last 13 pounds. Y'all have been very successful. Way to go!
I'm 3 weeks away from my 1-year mark. I won't hit goal by then, but given that I have over 200 pounds to lose, I think I have done pretty well so far. :)
You are going to get there by your 1-year mark...I feel it!

My 12 month-versary is in 4 days. Did my doct appts yesterday. labs are good, off all HBP meds, "normal body weight... still have that last 20 pounds to go and they are slow to leave, but I hope to be there by Xmas. This is the first time I've gone this long without a re-gain of any weight lost. I am supper happy. In a normal sort of way.
It's nice to come here and see "others of my own kind" doing so well and be inspired to keep following a program.
thank you all
