Uses Crystal Light?

How soon can you use crystal light or other flavoring for water after surgrey. Also can you use them on pre op diet (clear liquids)

I could on my clear liquid day before and as soon as I was allowed water after. This is best asked of your surgeon, though, and what he/she wants you to do.

I used it right after I got home from the hospital. I also mixed a little bit of Vitamin Water ZERO with water and sipped on that along with decaf flavored tea. Good luck =)

Ask your NUT to be sure, but I've never had restrictions on these. Neither before nor after surgery. Although, for my own health desires, I'm working on cutting back on the amount of crystal light I use to remove the remaining aspartame from my diet!
