Is it somewhere on the internet?  Open it (the picture) on a separate browser tab, right click, Copy Image.  Then come back to your post and CTRL+V.  See if that doesn't work for ya.

Hang in there- it is not too hard!

If you want it on your profile:

1.  Go to your profile by clicking on your username in the upper right hand corner, then select view profile.

2. Scroll down slightly, and on the left is an area for photos.  Click "upload a new photo". You may also need to click "new album" if you have not started one yet.

3. There is a gray button toward the bottom that says "upload files".  Click it!

4. Select the picture off of your computer and click "open".  You will then pause while it uploads.  The screen will change slightly indicating the upload is completed.

If you want this pic in a post:

1. On your profile left side in the photo section click "view photos".

3. Click on your album.  Now photos are displaying.  You can right click on it and copy it (note; not copy url or save image as... "copy image" is what you are looking for.)  The short cut to copy something is to hold down the ctrl button and then click y.  Similar to making a capital Y, but instead of using the shift button use the ctrl button.

4.  Go to your post, place the cursor where you want the pic, and use the short cut ctrl V.  If you right click most likely you will see an option to paste, that would work also.

You can do this!  Keep this post open in one tab, and open up a second tab to go through thes steps- that way you can refer back to the steps.  Good luck!

Thank you for all of your help!  I posted my 1 yr photo, which also has my surgery day, 6mos and 1 yr photo.  Feel free to look at it.  Id like some feed back if possible as Im getting some comments lately that I never thought id hear and they aren't making me feel very good about myself.

If anybody can take the photo and post it on here, pls do so lol.  I can do the explanation after.  I tried and Im so sucky at this it doesn't work.

Thank you all again!
