All of my coworkers have been extremely supportive but one keeps pushing ice cream on me. I bring my lunch  and snacks but go to the cafeteria for ice water. She keeps saying ice cream would go down easy. I said I'm not hungry im not eating carbs and sugar. Why would I eat that, I'm down 60 pounds!

She is either clueless or mean. Does she know you had surgery?  If not, tell her.  If she knows and keeps doing this I'd ask her why she is trying to sabotage your health.  And tell her next time she mentions ice cream you are going to take it for the insult it is and just walk away.

Or offer her an arsenic sandwich;)

A lot of people are under the common misconception that WLS means "Eating less = Weight loss" regardless of nutritional content. I doubt that she is being malicious and trying to sabotage you. She just doesn't understand how the process works and thought that she was being polite in offering you the ice cream. Next time, just smile and say, "No thanks."

I like the broken record method for situations like these. Just say no thank you then turn around and walk away. Keep repeating the same thing every time, no further explanation is needed.

Yeah, I agree with Chrissie - she's probably clueless.  Next time, print out the nutritional facts for a serving of ice cream and show her why it's not a good idea...for anyone!

I would start giving very explicit details to the onslaught of cramps, gas, farts, and s**t storm graphics if you were to eat that...oh...and then say you have a pic of one such event after eating some ice cream and it stunk so bad you threw up too and ask if he/she wants to see it because it's 'so freakin' gross'!....

Sometime in situations like that, where someone does not want to take no for an answer, I say something like "I have been working really hard to lose weight and get healthy.  Why are you trying to sabotage me?  Why don't you want me to get healthy?"  They never want to answer that question, but they usually stop pushing the food.
