1 year before and after
Hello my VSG family,
One year. It has been wonderful. Down 80% of my excess weight and while I haven't met my goal as fast as I wanted, summer is coming up so my exercise will increase and the last little bit will be coming off in the next few months. The pic with my bike is at 340 to show the difference. You can't slap the smile off my face.
Before, I was a fat depressed grumpy old man that couldn't walk around the block. Now I'm happy, great new job, awesome new girlfriend, can and do walk for miles without breaking a sweat and am actually looking forward to growing old. My friends on this forum were my support group and I couldn't have done it without the advice and encouragement. I love my life.
800 calories and less than 20 net carbs is the shizzle
