Has anyone tried them? What do you think? They sound like they could work for food sensitivities, which intrigues me, but as far as I can tell no sample packs and quite expensive! Just wondered if anyone had tried them......thanks

Smiles:),

Good morning Lisa,

I have not tried any of the Virgin Diet products, but the Virgin diet as described in the glorified infomercial my PBS station plays late at night does not seem exactly VSG-friendly. What are the nutrition stats like?

All the best, Katy

consult weight 241 (had not been accurately weighed for over 10 years, my medical records just said "wheelchair") high weight was probably closer to 260.

Here's the actual nutrition info -- http://www.thevirgindiet.com/images/shakes/chocolate-shake-label-ingred.png

It seems too high in carbs for me.

Hi,

thanks for the posts and info.  I just wondered if anyone had tasted them, they don't offer sample paks and I hate to buy something that tastes bad. I would like to have an option for a shake once in a while. I have such strong food intolerances that it's hard to find any shakes that will work. This shake had natural sugar but only 4 grams or so. I can't have any artificial sweeteners so I am always looking for things with low or no sugar content so it won't trigger me... I will keep looking, thanks!
