I was sleeved this morning. Pain is horrendous (I don't respond well to pain meds). I woke up screaming and crying. Hope we can get it better so I can move. I also would like a seat on the loser's bench!

I remember waking up having a hard time breathing and unable to move because my incisions hurt so much. The nurses just told me to keep breathing and it really helped. Also try to cough, it hurts but it really helps. I hope you feel better! Welcome to the other side!

I'm with you honey, I am 9 days out and the first three were horrible, day 5 I actually felt normal.  My chest pain was worse than the surgery pain, until the Prilosec started doing its thing but I had to keep complaining before they actually started it.  Your on the bench now, it will get much better!

Thanks. It is all belly pain. It is ridiculous and needs to calm down! I'm on enough narcotics to kill a few horses and they aren't working. So dumb. No pain, no gain (or loss I guess)!
