Are there any existing forums on VSG regain? Do you need one? I need to lose 50 lbs from Sleeve Regain. Anyone else?

Sleeve to DS Conversion - Regain 290# Current weight: 252# - VSG lowest weight: 235#

There is lots of posts on regain...use the search tool you will find all the information you need. (it's the little magnifying glass in the top right corner of your screen - just incase you are new here :)

the main thing to do is get back on plan measure and track, 80 gm protein 500-800 cal , 65+ oz water

stay away from slider food and eat dense protein

There have been quite a few experiencing regain. It happens with every weight loss surgery to some people. Good luck and I hope you can get your revision.

go to the vsg maintenance group here on oh. scroll through older posts and you will find threads from people who have regained and what they have done. also consider starting your own group here on oh on this subject. its easy to do and you might find others with your issue. i am sure there are others who have this issue. gl. diane

As Diane said - join the maintenance group... get advice... be accountable to some folks that have been at it a while.
