Drinking Binge
Well it's finally here, tomorrow I start my liquid diet! I went shopping last weekend and got a lot of the options on the approved list that sounded good. I have my lunch bag packed for work, unjury powder and a box of chicken broth LOL! The rest I can get in the cafeteria since I work at a hospital the options for jello are unlimited

It is great that you are so prepared. This is one indicator that you will probably do very well after surgery. Keep up the good work. I work in a hospital too so I know what you mean about the jello! Funny line. You'll do great.

That is great that you have things in the house! I find that keeps me successful! I love my sleeve and I am so grateful for this tool. I know that it was the right action to take to return to health! There are some challenges along the way. Let them be a great test and a lesson to learn about yourself. I actually like the woman that I have become. I love and respect myself! The weightloss has resulted in the return of my feeling "sassy" and even "sexy".
